Eric Pinkard has been practicing law for over 20 years, and has two law degrees, including a Masters of Laws in International Law and Business from Stetson University College of Law. Pinkard has argued ten times before the Florida Supreme Court, and has extensive criminal law experience enabling him to handle minor criminal matters all the way up to death penalty cases. Pinkard has served as lead trial counsel in over 100 cases and has represented clients in numerous civil litigation cases ranging from professional malpractice to commercial disputes.
